There is no more magical place to spend Christmas than Finnish Lapland — the genuine home of Santa Claus, blanketed in deep snow, lit by the Northern Lights. Our festive departures are timed for the Christmas and New Year week so families can wake up in the Arctic, meet Santa in Rovaniemi, ride huskies and reindeer, and watch the aurora over a glass igloo.
Christmas departures are our most popular and most limited dates of the year. We hold special festive batches (21–28 December) on several packages with the full Lapland experience — book early, as these sell out months in advance.

Our festive packages include the full Lapland experience — Santa Claus Village, Arctic Circle crossing, husky and reindeer safaris, snowmobiling, Northern Lights hunts, the Helsinki–Lapland night train, accommodation and breakfasts, with glass igloo nights on select tours.
When should you book a Lapland Christmas trip?
Christmas and New Year are the busiest dates in Lapland and our festive batches are strictly limited. We strongly recommend booking 4–6 months in advance to secure flights, igloos and visa appointments in time.
